Air Filters
Compressor filtration system is comprised of 3 components:air filter,air oil separator and oil filter.Each component is equally important because the whole filtration system is only as strong as the weakest part. Sanfam Air Filter is the frontier of this defense system.Our high quality air filters protect lubricant,air oil separators,oil filters and the whole compressor from contaminating by dust and particles along with intake air.

Sanfam Nanofiber Air Filters
Sanfam Filter has made great effort on improving the performance of air filters.For those compressors used in air-polluted area,we will recommend Sanfam’s Nanofiber Air Filters.
Sanfam Nanofiber Air Filters use multi-layer filtration media,which provides high efficiency,low pressure drop,high dust loading capacity and long life span.
The multi-layer filtration media is a composite media with both cellulose fiber and nanofiber.The coarse cellulose provides a firm and strong substrate with low pressure drop;the fine nanofiber provides high efficient filtering of particulate matter with a diameter of 2.5micron or even less,therefore significantly increases the life span of oil separator,oil filter and lubricant,and keeps the whole compressor in good conditions.

Air Oil Separator
Air oil separator is the most crucial part of compressor filtration system. High quality separators have long service life. Compressed air from compressor air end carries countless oil droplets. Big oil droplets are separated as soon as they enter the tank, whilst small ones with a diameter less than 1 micron will be sustained in the air, As small oil droplets along with air current pass though separators. They collide and coalesce to from larger droplets. When these oil droplets are too large to be sustained in air, they will fall down along filtration media fibers to the bottom of separator and be delivered back to compressor air end by a scavenger tube. This separation process minimizes oil consumption in compressors and oil content in compressed air network.
In order to ensure high separation efficiently. Low pressure drop, reliability and long life span, Sanfam filter has fully analyzed every factor that may influence the separation process while designing each model of our air oil separators.
These factors are:
- Air flow rate and air current velocity.
- Working pressure and working temperature.
- Diameter of pressure tank and design of splash shield.
- Distance between separator and oil level.
- Diameter and angle of air intake of pressure tank.
- Oil Viscosity.

the energy costs of the compressor. High pressure drop means high power consumption. Sanfam air oil elements
maintain a low pressure drop during their service life.
Sealing
Sanfam provides two flange seals for each air oil separator element. This enables sealing between the cover , air oil
separator and pressure tank.
Grounding
All Sanfam air oil separator elements have gone though a test for electrical conductivity before delivered to
customers. They can be connected to the grounding of compressors Via flange and seals to prevent electrostatic
changes.
Air Oil Separator Elements
Sanfam spin-on Air Oil Separator is an integrate separator with element and its own housing. Its offers an easy and
quick replacing solution for maintenance of air compressors. It significantly reduces oil content of compressed air
and returned the filtered oil to compressor air end.
Application: Oil lubricated screw compressors and sliding-vane compressors

Residual oil content: Less than 3 PPM
Operating Temperature: Up to 120℃

All Sanfam spin-on air oil separators have gone through a test for electrical conductivity before delivered to
customers. They can be connected to the grounding of compressor via its thread to prevent electrostatic charges.
Oil filter
Compressor oil filter is designed to remove contaminants from lubricating oil, Keep the oil clean and protect
compressor air end from damage by dust and contaminants.
Sanfam has developed a wide range of oil filter, including oil filter elements and spin-on oil filters, for screw and
vane compressor applications. According to the working condition and special demand of different compressors,
Sanfam employs many and varied designs and filtration media for our oil filters.
Sanfam offers H type oil filters (Working pressure 14 bar), HD oil filter (working pressure 20-25 bar) and F type
oil filters ( services 4000 hours). Sanfam oil filter can be equipped with by-pass valve or anti-drainback valve
needed.

THREAD ROLLING TECHNOLOGY
- Sanfam uses a non-cutting technology to roll the thread of oil filter, witch creates a neat, smooth and high strength with no metal filings. It’s easy to install.
ADVANCED REINFORCING TECHNOLOGY
- Our plated filtration media will be reinforced in a special designed oven to ensure media will come out with high strength, good uniformity and leakage. Without this process filtration media would easily break under oil level.

DURABILITY
- To prevent carbonization 20% high temperature resistant synthetic fiber is comprised to our filtration media. Sanfam oil filters maintain high efficiency and low pressure drop during their service time.
F TYPE LONG LIFE OIL FILTERS
- Sanfam employs composite fiberglass filter media for F type long lifetime oil filters. This type provide high filtering efficiency and longer service lifetime, reduces power consumption and air end abrasion, which significantly economize the running cost.
